See the energy behind each pair of shoes. Explore a six-stage footwear simulation to compare styles, sizes, equipment states and improvement conditions, and understand how energy reaches the product.
Demos use synthetic data. Deployment is scoped to your data, permissions and site conditions.

Put data to work
Six-stage improvement scenarios
Choose styles, equipment and improvement conditions, then inspect changes in bottlenecks, output and energy through measurement, understanding, action and verification.
Energy flow and work in progress
Trace stages to shoe styles and sizes, separating finished goods, work in progress and non-processing energy. Keep allocations reconcilable; green electricity does not add to the total.
Five styles × three sizes for ECO
Fifteen demonstration ranges use processing energy per good pair to explain five ECO states. Apply the matching style and size rules; unconfirmed QC or insufficient data remains unknown.
Energy allocation across seven states
Explore off, standby, start-up, warm-up, idle, production and fault scenarios using power, time and allocation assumptions. This independent calculator does not rewrite the original energy ledger.
IE imports with source versions
Map the standard Excel format into a draft with source rows and versions. Keep validation status explicit for factory-declared IE + E data as the project moves toward measured site data.
Guided learning and improvement evidence
Choose Carbon’s twelve-step guide or explore independently. Save scenario conditions, energy and quality results and ECO reasons to compare improvements on a consistent basis.
Three steps from task to outcome
- 01
Choose style and scenario
Confirm sizes, production line and equipment assumptions.
- 02
Compare energy and changes
Follow product energy flow, green-power allocations and ECO.
- 03
Keep conditions and evidence
Save scenarios and data versions, then plan site verification.

What you can take away
Reviewable scenarios, product energy allocations, ECO rules and snapshots, and the data requirements for a subsequent site-verification discussion.
Read the practical guideQuestions before deployment
Can demo percentages be used as commitments?
No. Each result depends on specific engineering assumptions, footwear styles, periods and quality conditions. Deployment requires revalidation using real events, measurements, quality data and baseline models.
Are meters and counters enough for pair-level traceability?
Item or batch IDs, station entry and exit events, synchronized time, quality and rework data are also needed. With cumulative counts alone, begin with interval output and average energy before increasing detail.
Start with your data and your priorities
Share your equipment or site type, current data sources and improvement goals. Together we can define the measurement scope, walkthrough and deliverables.
